Quin lost 32 pounds. She was tired of binge eating, overeating, and feeling tired all the time. In 2018, she hit the reset button. Intermittent fasting, HIIT workouts, and weight training helped her to transform her body.

In 2018, I decided to take the necessary steps in order for me to change my unhealthy habits. I was binge eating, overeating, and just eating carelessly to the point that I gained lots of unwanted weight. I did not like what I saw in the mirror. Being at my heaviest and starting weight at 192 pounds, I felt tired all the time, unmotivated, and simply discouraged. That’s when I woke up and finally hit a RESET button to unlearn everything that was hindering my health. 

I addressed what I could’ve done differently to feel and look better inside and out. It started with my mindset FIRST. I immersed myself in learning how to become a healthier version of myself b having: SELF DISCIPLINE, being 100% COMMITTED, and remaining CONSISTENT throughout my fitness journey. Incorporating those three factors into my daily routine is what got me different results, not seeking instant gratification. 

Fast forward to now: It’s two years later, and I haven’t stopped since.

What is your current weight?
My current weight is 160 pounds.

What is your height?
I’m 5’9″. 

How did you change your eating habits?
I cut out all processed foods and used the intermittent fasting method to help me lose weight while doing HIIT cardio jump roping. My intermittent fasting schedule is a 16/8 window. I fast for 16 hours, and then I have an 8-hour eating window where I eat satiating meals throughout that 8 hour period. Then I go back to fasting and repeat it daily.

How many days a week do you work out?
I work out four days a week. I dedicate two days a week to upper body weight lifting and two days to lower body weight lifting to build lean muscle. I still incorporate HIIT cardio into my routine one day out of the week to stay lean.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I learned was to stop comparing my journey and results to other people and focus on/be my own body goals. I became a certified group fitness instructor and have begun running a fitness boot camp for women to start their fitness journey with me!

What advice would you like to share?
My advice to other women would be to trust the process because you’ll get exactly what you put into it. Also, remain CONSISTENT.

Is there anything else you’d like to say to others who wants to lose weight like you?

Just keep working hard and also the most important thing that made me lose weight is that I also consume this weight loss supplement called Resurge. I think Resurge is definitely the game changer here when it comes to lose weight, trust me you really need this one, just like I did!
