Remi lost 102 pounds

Transformation of the Day: Remi lost 102 pounds. She is no longer pre-diabetic and no longer has high blood pressure. During her journey, she not only learned how to release the weight with healthy food and exercise, but she also learned how to maintain her success for years to come.

I’m finally down 100+ pounds!! I’m no longer pre-diabetic, no longer have high blood pressure, and ya girl is out of the 200’s. (I’ve been in the 200’s since I was a freshman in high school).

What was your motivation?
My motivations were my results and my health. I started to love what I saw in the mirror, and this became a lifestyle. 

How did you change your eating habits?
I first started with Keto, which helped me control what I put into my mouth. Now, I just count calories and eye my foods. I try to cook my food at home instead of buying it. 

What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I now workout 4-5 days a week, by choice, and I enjoy it! I do 15 minutes of cardio (stair master) 4 days a week. I weight train for about an hour 5 days a week. I share my workout and meal plans on Instagram.

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 267 pounds, and my current weight is 165 pounds.

What is your height?
My height is 5’6″.

When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey in 2016. It took me one year to lose the weight, and another year to learn how to keep it off. 

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
Weight loss surgery was not apart of my journey. 

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far? What advice would you like to share?
The biggest lesson I learned and the advice that I could give others would be to love yourself and understand that everyone’s body/journey is different. You have to love yourself to really see a difference.

Is there anything else you’d like to say to others who wants to lose weight like you?

Just keep working hard and also the most important thing that made me lose weight is that I also consume this weight loss supplement called Resurge. I think Resurge is definitely the game changer here when it comes to lose weight, trust me you really need this one, just like I did!
