Rhonda lost 27.5 pounds with healthy food and exercise. She just wants to be proud of what she sees in the mirror and feel great. She reached out to a weight loss coach who gave her a meal plan, a workout routine, and lots of encouragement.

What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My primary motivation is ME! I want to be proud of who and what I see when looking in the mirror. I am a firm believer that if you look good, you feel good.

How did you change your eating habits?
I found Terry Starks“The Diet Doctor,” on Instagram and decided to take a leap of faith and reach out to him. From the beginning, Terry Starks was very enthusiastic and motivational. He provided weekly meal plans that consisted of chicken, fish, and turkey with lots of green veggies like asparagus, peas, green beans, and broccoli. There were even times brown rice was allowed. Terry also sent daily motivational emails to keep me encouraged.

What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
To be totally transparent, I have to say that my work schedule is hectic, so I worked out (walking/jogging) 1-2 days a week. I was pleasantly surprised that Terry Stark’s program worked even with minimal exercise, but it works!

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 194.5 pounds, and my current weight is 167 pounds.

What is your height?
5’0″

When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey in October 2020. Once I trusted the process and got really serious, I lost 28 pounds in 7 weeks.

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I have learned that what you eat does matter. Terry Starks basically provides you with a meal plan. If you meal prep and stay obedient, the program truly does work.

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Find your why! Make up your mind to be obedient and consistent and stick to your plan.
